Sources of information and expertise about the life-design paradigm and career construction. The term “life-design paradigm” refers to the epistemological framework within which career construction theory and practice are formulated and performed. Because other narrative career counseling models use the life-design paradigm, to be more precise I now refer to career construction counseling rather than life-design counseling.
